What does your blog brand stand for and communicate to users? Does your blog deliver on this?

Selling your own product is for an obsessive audience and can make you wealthy.
Premium advertising is for a valuable, engaged audience and does pay well.
Display advertising is for an unengaged audience and doesn't pay very well.
How your site is laid out, the design, the quality of content, your linking structure - this all helps in this regard.
