@EE I used to think a company like yours would fix their outdated, clunky, hard to read or do anything, except upgrade, website.... Now even downloading a bill is beyond you. Broken website send you to the app, which is guess what, also broken. I just want to see my bill..

@EE I'm considering one of your £10 sims on contract for an elderly relative but cannot believe that you will be increasing the price in just over a month by £2.50pm & then again next March by £2.50pm, when under contract! A 50% increase. This is morally wrong & should be illegal
