This would have been fantastic to have in August of this year when @AmericanAir stranded my (then) fiancé and I in Chicago O'Hare for two full days without apology. We missed 3 out of 4 prepaid tours, which they also won't reimburse. #worstairline
As of this week, Americans will get automatic refunds if their flights are altered because of a cancellation or significant delay. That’s a big deal for folks who will be flying to visit loved ones this holiday season.
Literally what a joke…. Why have flight credit for cancellations if it’s gonna have a fee of what the flight itself costs? 🤦🏻♀️🙄 @AmericanAir I should’ve booked thru @SouthwestAir because they’re the best… ❤️💛💙
@AmericanAir Hi, do you fancy getting back to me after ignoring me for a week regarding the £350 reimbursement which has yet to hit my account over 45 days later? If I don't receive a solution asap I will have to resort to legal action.
@AmericanAir another issue with my 82 year old mom in a wheelchair 🤯🤯🤯 before I make a formal complaint about here being stranded and not properly rebooked, luggage lost 😡 please dm me
American are the worst I flew with, an over booked plane from NYC to Glasgow meant delays as a Dutch auction took place for a hotel, flight and compensation. Eventually ready to go, the pilot announced the flight details and a guy lept up - "This isnt the flight to Chicago!?"
