In the US, many Colleges and schools recognize association leadership as an important service component of academic employment and it counts towards promotion criteria for most.
In the US, many Colleges and schools recognize association leadership as an important service component of academic employment and it counts towards promotion criteria for most.
With the new administration, the US has been undergoing some proposed changes that could significantly affect the level of research funding to Colleges and Universities.
