So @AirCanada just ignores all customer complaints at this point. Customer service is a thing of the past it seems.

Love how @AirCanada priority still means nothing for luggage in Terrace even though they finally have an indoor carousel. Random order and endless waiting as always.
Just to close the loop on this and give credit where it's due, @AirCanada did provide some compensation today. In the moment it wasn't ideal, but they've made it right.
