As much as life puts challenges in our way, we can and will overcome them. You are strong, you are beautiful, and you are loved. Put yourself first, because a strong mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing will lead you to success

This Wellness Wednesday we want to emphasize how being motivated in yourself allows you to succeed in anything you put your mind to! We encourage you to share with others what keeps you motivated.
We have all worked so hard this year, and we believe you can accomplish anything! If it is finals, or any barrier, your drive and motivation starts from within. Keep pushing yourself to that finish line, and nothing can stop you from being successful!
You are not alone if you are feeling overwhelmed. Being an athlete brings along so many demands and expectations. If you are struggling, know that you can reach out for help. If you aren't sure where to start, the Crisis Text line is a great resource. Text Hello to 741741.
Wellness Wednesday! Remember the strengths that you have that have gotten you to this point in your life. You have overcome in the past and you will overcome now and in the future. Remember your strengths - it can be a powerful self-care tool to keep you moving forward.
Today we celebrate Brynna, our Campus Champion at Kalamazoo College! Brynna is working to change the culture at her school around mental health and we couldn't be more proud! COVID has brought challenges for our Campus Champions, and we are excited to see what they do in the Fall
A reminder that you are more powerful than you know, keep going.
Happy Wellness Wednesday! Today we encourage you to remember that you are not alone and that you have a support network around you. Here's your chance to practice challenging your mind that often tells you that you are alone. Fill in who is in your support network!
When we struggle, our brains like to tell us that we are alone & that no one understands. But you are never alone. You have a community of people who care about you and want to help. Remember your support network. It's not a sign of weakness to get help, it's a sign of strength.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month! This month and every month, Athlete Minds Matter is committed to raising awareness around mental health, breaking the stigma and reminding you that your mental health matters. How do you break the stigma?
Madison of @AdrianWVB shares why she became a Campus Champion "I advocate for mental health because I have dealt with mental health in the past year. Being forgiving of yourself is the 1st step in letting go & it's ok to lean on others for support." Thanks Madison for all you do!
Check out Alyssa's video on her sharing her why! And as she so wisely tells us, remember that our experiences give us strength, confidence, and wisdom to continue to achieve greatness! What's your why?
This week is all about remembering your why! We challenge you today for this Wellness Wednesday to identify who or what motivates or inspires you to keep moving forward every day, to be the best version of you every day and to perform at your best.
