It was ~a year ago I wrote the article: Inside Fast’s Rapid Collapse. newsletter.pragmaticengineer.com/p/the-scoop-fa… In a twist of events, there is article to be written with the title “Rapid’s Fast Collapse”. In a few months, former unicorn RapidAPI will have let go ~85% of staff+founder CEO gone.

I still think about the recruiter who, after starting in my organisation, asked to shadow several software engineer interviews. And then went on to coach candidates about how to better prepare, areas to cover, and offered help. Only accidentally learned about it. What a legend.
