So we agree that the Pittsburgh police should follow the Constitution and their own directive: "All sworn officers SHALL assist any federal, state, or local agency in enforcing or carrying out their duties and responsibilities and/or their oath of office." (this includes ICE)
It's not "border security." It's masked men w/out visible credentials in unmarked cars, kidnapping & shooting Americans, dragging them to secret detention centers. If Pittsburgh police can arrest felons within the Constitution, and give prisoners their rights, so should ICE.
