@OctopusEnergy an interesting issue with Octopus Agile app showing a HH tariff rate and the current rate for that HH as completely different!!! Have informed Octopus but unfortunately no sensible reply! Anyone else noticed if they are being given duff information?
It had worked fine for ages, then all of a sudden today, it's broken. Email support tell me it's a known issue for those on Agile, but no ETA on a fix 😞 I've been able to create a manual tariff to give me control over hours to charge overnight, but hope it's fixed soon.
@OhmeEV Hi, changing tariffs from one to another usually fixes this issue but not this time. App says rate is constantly 0p on Octopus agile. Are you aware of any issues? Obviously this is making charging extremely difficult! Thanks
