Ah a familiar story. My roof leak appeared in Oct 2015, took 18 months of complaining to fix. It wasn’t fixed. I want to sell but can’t because the investigations and repairs are STILL ongoing. No offer of compensation and meanwhile my property value is decreasing due to brexit
