Writing attendance training ...putting in something I've talked alot about- the need for attendance to be thought of in the same way as safeguarding in terms of knowledge transfer, induction, support frameworks etc. Everyone has a role in creating a strong attendance culture.

There are less than 30 trans women registered within the FA system, none at a professional level. So that's under 30 players who have presumably found teams where they are accepted and can play the sport they love. That safe space has been stolen from them. It's so sad.
As far as I'm concerned, the only legal definition of a woman should be: When Shania Twain says, "let's go girls", do you go? If so, girl.
In years to come we'll look at this era and wonder why in light of a global pandemic, economic inflation, growing inequality and technological upheaval we decided to make the private lives of a minority considerably worse.

The Supreme Court sided with FWS. But it didn’t hear from a single trans person. This ruling sets a dangerous precedent and erases trans women from protections. It puts trans rights back 20 years. We won't stop fighting for trans rights 🏳️⚧️
My great-grandmother rose from the ashes of Auschwitz with resilience and purpose. Now, her face and story are framed in paint in the heart of Golders Green. Though she may be gone, her legacy lives on ❤️

We’ve achieved a lot this academic year so far but our biggest bets were on behaviour/ culture, attendance & reading. Thanks to @charliedesa1 & rest of the team our attendance YTD is 98.2% & I’m super proud of how confident, articulate & kind our children are. Then SO proud…
