I went 'spunching' yesterday... think orienteering but with GPS checkpoints. It was fun! Started at The Hollybush at Denford and explored the Caldon Canal and surrounding areas.
Today I met a man walking his goats and he asked if I wanted a picture and now we're Instagram friends 👍
I went for a run through the woods this morning and it was so muddy and I fell over and I saw so many deer it was brilliant.

Ran the inaugural Shropshire Three Peaks Challenge yesterday. A brilliant route, challenging conditions and a fabulous cake selection at the end... the perfect race?!
