On 13th Oct, I lodged a complaint about the unhygienic condition of the Lucknow Railway Retiring Room full of cockroaches & mice. Still no update! @drm_lko @RailMinIndia just passing the issue. Also, no ₹600 refund for the inconvenience I faced. Kindly take action!

I want my money back that I paid for the convenience, but I couldn’t sleep even for a minute because of the cockroaches and mice. I don’t know under whose responsibility this falls, but please tag the concerned department and help me get my refund.
Respected @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw @drmljn , the Retiring Room at Lucknow station is in very poor condition with mice & cockroaches. My complaint was marked resolved without informing me. I request a refund of ₹600 & strict action against responsible authorities.
I booked a hotel through MakeMyTrip and paid the full amount of ₹1,322 in advance. However, the hotel reception still asked me to pay an additional ₹600, which I’ve also paid. I have the screenshot as proof. Please refund my ₹500 at the earliest. @makemytrip @makemytripcare
I’ve already raised a complaint earlier, but the condition at the Ather Grid charging point is still the same. There’s a strong foul smell and no attention is being paid to hygiene. Requesting you to please look into this seriously and resolve it at the earliest. @atherenergy
