When Planswell shut down in late 2019, CEO Eric Arnold said the "social media storm" caused by the former employee's allegations affected investor interest.

FYI: It is 100% not good enough for organizations to put policies in place and do training after someone has been harmed. That’s literally doing the bare minimum, too late. Meanwhile, people who are subjected to harassment at work experience serious and lasting harm. Do better.
