Pleased to hold the 1st meeting of the newly formed Public Council at @MFAofArmenia - to continue the dialogue w/civil society. Glad for the open exchange on 🇦🇲’s foreign policy priorities, connectivity projects, efforts for stronger partnerships, enhanced democratic resilience.

Glad to have accompanied PM @NikolPashinyan in #AbuDhabi. The ceremony of the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity underscored importance of established peace btw Armenia & Azerbaijan. We appreciate the efforts aimed at its continuous strengthening through dialogue, reconciliation.

Another significant milestone in 🇦🇲-🇺🇸 strategic partnership: @VP JD Vance’s historic visit & comprehensive discussions w/PM @NikolPashinyan, tangible initiatives & forward-looking, ambitious agenda. Continuous consolidation of peace is also at the heart of our partnership.

Following the discussions w/in @VP JD Vance’s visit, had a productive talk w/🇺🇸 @UnderSecE Jacob Helberg. A key component of 🇦🇲-🇺🇸 strategic partnership is expanding economic & high-tech cooperation including through implementation of MOUs in the fields of AI & semiconductors.

We welcome endorsement from our Strategic Partner in the new #Dutch Coalition Agreement of continued support for #Armenia's ongoing democratic reforms. This reflects our shared commitment to core values, as important pillar for further strengthening 🇦🇲-🇳🇱 Strategic partnership.

In a meeting w/@MichaelCJT O’Flaherty, @coe Commissioner for Human Rights emphasized importance of strong engagement for human rights & rule of law. #Armenia’s commitment to #democracy is unwavering. Touched upon efforts towards enhancing #peace, including humanitarian issues.

A good exchange w/my #UAE counterpart Sheikh Abdallah bin Zayed Al Nahyan on some key topics. Discussed ways to enhance 🇦🇲–🇦🇪bilateral agenda, economic cooperation, promote investments & connectivity. We emphasized the importance of peace & consistent initiatives to enhance it.

In today’s meeting w/@ECHR_CEDH President Mattias Guyomar stressed that #Armenia stands firmly alongside the Court, first & foremost, its principles & values, & attaches great importance to our cooperation for advancing the democratic agenda in the benefit of 🇦🇲’s citizens.

Very useful conversation w/newly-elected #PACE President @BayrPetra. Reaffirmed 🇦🇲’s dedication to advancing democratic institutions, human rights, rule of law. Addressed current hybrid threats. Discussed ongoing efforts towards enhancing #peace, incl humanitarian issues.

Discussed with @alain_berset new dimensions for cooperation, with strong commitment to @coe principles. ✍️Glad to sign Framework Convention on AI, human rights, democracy & rule of law. Touched upon dynamics in South Caucasus, including further institutionalization of #peace.

Marking the 25th anniversary of 🇦🇲’s accession to @coe, special stamp cancellation ceremony was held at the headquarters of the #CoE. The stamps were cancelled by FM @AraratMirzoyan, CoE SecGen @alain_berset, #PACE President @BayrPetra.

Through unprecedented challenges, our society has developed democratic resilience, immunity to lies, & our resolve to defend hard-won freedoms is stronger than any shadow operation. To protect democracy in #Armenia, we will rely on democracy itself & mechanisms it provides. 3/5

Had a useful discussion w/Marta Cartabia in #Strasbourg. Congratulated her on assuming Venice Commission Presidency. Stressed that #Armenia🇦🇲 highly values our active engagement in advancing rule of law, human rights & legal reforms, including addressing emerging challenges.

While in Brussels, had a very productive meeting w/@MartaKosEU. Focused on upcoming 🇦🇲-🇪🇺 Summit in Yerevan & tangible deliverables we are working on. Democratic resilience, peace & inclusive connectivity, overall Strategic agenda: discussed important components of partnership.

Renewing the choice we made 25 years ago, we know that our journey will face tests & that the road ahead remains challenging. 🇦🇲’s dedication to democracy, human rights, & rule of law defines who we are as a nation & is unwavering. We do not walk this path alone. 5/5
