I'm supposed to believe that no self-respecting MSP would refuse to vote for the Unbuyable Bill. Supposed to. But I don't Scotland is a class-ridden midden and us working class women are *always* expected to provide *whatever* services the middle class and elite won't.

@MaggieChapman's comments today, as is too often the case, were deeply offensive to women. She is utterly wrong to argue so-called "sex work" is work. It is sexual exploitation and violence against women, as described so well by those speaking for @AshReganMSP's #Unbuyable Bill.
The SNP's Ruth Maguire asks Maggie Chapman if prostitution is work like any other, "should we be offering it as work experience for young people? Should folk who are going for job seekers, should their benefits be taken away if they refuse to do it?"
