@DPD_UK_Support_ regular occurrence. Waiting at home for a parcel in the exact window to only get ‘sorry we missed you’ email notification. With no door ring, nothing. Clearly a practice to either meet targets or whatever. Clearly lying. The lying is what’s annoying.

@dpduk_ @DPDCare unable to get a reply from customer support about a damaged delivery. Downloaded App and it's very hard to find contact info. When I try to type the text field is so small it is covered by the exit App button. Such poor aftercare

@dpduk_ 1550 3526 791 887 H - this parcel shows that it was attempted to be delivered on the 11th, the 3 cameras at the front of our house confirms this to not be the case. Since then the tracking shows it will be delivered to a locker on the 12th but still isn't. Please advise.
