Red flag if your clinic or provider automatically puts you on an aromatase inhibitor without first seeing if it’s necessary base on your follow up numbers 6-8 weeks after starting TRT This approach is typically indicative of a cookie cutter approach rather than educate patients…

Yes, but not everyone responds like you. That's my point. I don't need one either but there are many who do, and it's not alway because their BF is too high. Everyone responds differently to drugs.

Currently attempting to get as lean as I have ever been. During “bulk” season. 2000 net cal average over first week. Using no GLP1/other to start, just light IPA/CJC/IGF. When I stall I’ll add in some real GH. Then Reta/Cag after that. Down .3 on stomach after 1 week, weight same

If you are taking Aromasin to lower E2 rather than taking EQ you are doing things all wrong. EQ aromatizes at 50% the rate of testosterone but has a greater binding affinity for estrogen receptors which means it can lower your E2 substantially while helping you gain lean…

Research peptides targeting mitochondria are the most exciting longevity compounds nobody’s talking about. MOTS-c, SS-31, and SLU-PP-332 are showing results that make NAD+ boosters look like child’s play. Here’s what the cutting-edge research reveals: 🧵

AOD-9604 is a modified fragment of hGH that selectively targets fat metabolism, promoting lipolysis and inhibiting lipogenesis without impacting glucose or IGF-1 levels. This specificity is key to its action on visceral fat.

This is so absolutely true. Number 1 indicator and it isn’t close.

I don’t think people realize the importance of having a high libido as both men & women. High Libido is one of the first signs that your hormones are in check, especially when women are ovulating. If you have a low libido or you almost never feel “horny” — go get your hormones…

I take Armour 120mg, how would this affect my thyroid?

"Why does my TSH increase when I take HGH, I am tired when HGH is high?" Again: HGH stimulates T4 to T3 conversion, increasing T3 while decreasing T4 Here's the possible kicker: HGH might be making it so your body uses up T3 faster than T4 can be converted to T3

This is phenomenal information. My main question is why does my TSH sky rocket when I take HGH? I do take 60mg of Armour every day. When my TSH goes up I get too tired! It’s so annoying! Do I need to supplement with T3 along with it? My Dr struggles to answer this!

Imagine not being grateful… You have a healthy, fit body. You train in the gym, you can run, squat, even jump if you need to. You don’t feel blessed until you see someone disabled, unable to walk. You can afford to eat whatever you want every single day, and you take it for…

Alcohol is a spiritually dead cult. There is always a group pushing it: It’ll help you socialize. It’ll open doors. It’s “good for you.” What bullshit. Drink or don’t but don’t pretend your alcohol consumption is somehow superior to someone’s choice of cannabis or psilocybin.…

My college buddies who got drunk as shit regularly are business owners, doctors, and lawyers. My college buddies who got stoned regularly are still potheads 25 years later and have never amounted to anything. Take that for what it’s worth.

Many peptides are known for specific receptor interactions. But a profound, less-discussed mechanism is their subtle influence on *cytoplasmic viscosity*. This isn't just about fluidity; it's a fundamental regulator of all intracellular processes. #PeptideScience #CellularBiology
