The @W3C @CSS3UI specification is now a Proposed Recommendation! w3.org/TR/2017/PR-css… It’s been a multi-year iterative journey of @CSSWG proposals, implementing, testing, and simplifying through multiple CRs. Thanks editors @t @frivoal!
