The #CFSS New Scheme seems Joke ! Its NOT applicable to 99.9% of companies RT if you think this is biased and MCA @nsitharaman should extend for all Company & LLP without any conditions
Understand the chronology, First 10 days of 2021 no representation from @icsi_cs to @nsitharamanoffc, but after that 2 paper representation only mentioning #NCLT issue and nothing else and see the Magic #MCA come with Scheme as per the language of @icsi_cs representation.
We want #Extend_CFSS Not a case to case or any diluted solution. As the main reason is the MCA site not working properly and last minute form update made it impossible to file on time. @nsitharamanoffc @nsitharaman #extendcfss No other solution.
