Cultivated meat company @itsmeatable raised $35M in funding round, raising their total funding to $95M. The funding round was led by @AgronomicsLtd and existing investors, including @blueyard, Bridford, MilkyWay, DSM Venturing, and @taavet.
Chinese biotech company CellX launched China’s first large-scale pilot plant for cultivated meat. The new pilot plant has a capacity of 1,000 tons of cultivated meat. CellX says it will apply for regulatory approval in Singapore and the US, with the aim to launch by 2025.

Food tech company @itsmeatable held their first-ever cultivated meat tasting in Singapore, after receiving @SGFoodAgency's approval. In the coming months, Meatable will organize more tastings in Singapore and internationally, to educate future partners and consumers.
