To everyone who doesn’t understand the concept of pronouns - the language you’re using (hindi) literally has pronouns for FURNITURE “meri kursi achi hai” “mera table ganda hai” So you can respect pronouns for OBJECTS but pronouns in bios is where you draw the line? 💀

The more you heal, the more you discover things you still need to heal from. And the hardest wounds to accept are those from relational trauma. Sure parents did everything for us and gave us everything we need, but why is it they never said they love us just the way we are?

Brain fog is like having a computer with too many tabs open, except it's your brain and there's no 'x' to close them.

Is it too much to ask, if you want to go to the bathroom and without having someone talking to you through the door!

Migraine tip: Exercise can be a great way to reduce stress and improve overall health, but let's be real, sometimes even standing up feels like a workout.

Migraine tip: take a cold shower, they said. It'll help, they said. Spoiler alert: it didn't help.

Migraine tip: when someone asks if you need anything, just say 'a new brain'. It's not too much to ask, right?

Migraine: the ultimate test of friendship. If they can handle you at your worst (in the dark, with ice on your head, irritable AF), they're a keeper.

Migraine tip: If you're not sure what's triggering your migraine attacks, try keeping a diary. But be warned, it may read like Game of Thrones.

Living with migraine is like having a daily subscription to the 'You Can't Do That' club. Sorry, brain, I didn't realize going outside was such a sin.
