The New Year brings more bad news for Minnesotans… Property taxes are set to jump by $1 BILLION to cover for the mess Tim Walz created. He blew through a $19B surplus, raised taxes $9B, hiked spending 40%, and let $9B+ get stolen in fraud. Unbelievable.

If we eliminated all fraud against the govt, we could cover the same govt spending while eliminating income taxes for everyone making less than $650K. Nearly all of us have been paying income taxes exclusively to pay for fraud. It doesn’t have to be this way.

this is shocking: > US collects $2.4T in income tax, but spends $1.5T on fraud > if we didn't have to pay for fraud, only $900b would need to be collected > this means anyone with less 500k in income could pay *literally $0* in income tax we don't need to raise taxes. we…

If you cut $1.5 trillion in fraud you could exempt all income tax up to $200,000 🤯

I have a good idea: let’s take more money away from the people who create things like Google, Facebook, Stripe, Tesla… … and give that money to the people who spent $18b on a “high speed” railroad without any tracks. This is morally wrong and ends poorly for everyone.

Peter Thiel is leaving California if we pass a 1% tax on billionaires for 5 years to pay for healthcare for the working class facing steep Medicaid cuts. I echo what FDR said with sarcasm of economic royalists when they threatened to leave, "I will miss them very much."

Wild because welfare for Somalians in Minnesota is already very generous
