1. Plan with the end in mind How does each practice lead into the next? It’s important to build incrementally for the players to see how the learnings from each session progresses into the successive one. This will save time when trying to explain the next session.

Players value skills more when they contribute to developing them. ❌ "Follow my technique exactly as demonstrated." ✅ "After learning the basics, find what small adjustments work best for you."
This has already happened with Wilt. People write off his stats based on who he played against. There's obviously an element of truth to some of that but the idea that he would not be a force of nature in any era is absurd. People will downplay Jokic some day, but we will know.
Jokić has so normalized ridiculous that it has desensitized us from appropriate reverence.
