Update- Our whole network is fixed! Yeah! If you do not have service, please call so we can trouble shoot the issue and send out a team if needed. We have applied a multi-day credit on all residential accounts who were down under the label “Snowmageddon 2023 credit."
Tuesday Night Update- We are happy to say that we have repaired all of the lightning damage on Cedar Ridge, Starletta, & Gopher Hill Towers! Telegraph tower is running! We are out at Red Cloud & Lillaskog with no power. If you are out on up sites call us so we can get you fixed.
Snowmageddon-Update: Telegraph towers and Fowler Peak are back online. Cedar Ridge, Starletta, & Gopher Hill are down due to lightning damage, but we hope to have them repaired tomorrow. Red Cloud, Lillaskog, & Big Hill Trailer Park sites are down due to power currently.
