Sometimes it’s quicker to hinge by hand. With top and bottom hinges on this solid core door, I’m adding a middle one without a jig. I mark, pre-drill, score, and chisel toward the center to avoid splits. Using a Barcode chisel — sharp and comfy. All done — clean and solid.
