I want to see it trade up to the FVG then looking for order flow to support a displacement into Sellside later. What I was outlining in the livestream but you were unable to hear me.
SMT divergence on the Daily lows between the indices... You learned that trying to pick bottoms with it is not easy. Use SMT when it is in alignment with the present order flow. It will be flawless in your hands then.
Go into the charts for ES & NQ with the following in mind: The SMT divergence I showed you. The 9:30am Judas into Buyside. The Shift in Market Structure. The 1min FVG. The Relative Equal Lows with Sellside. The London Low in ES. The Initial Low Of Day... Sellside. Compare later
There it is... the return to 1st P. FVG and clearing the board of trailed Buy Stops on shorts held from the RTH Open.
If the +IFVG fails to lend firmness here, they may be leaving shorts in play then running the daily low out. Otherwise, I suspect they try for 1st P.FVG. Have fun studying it... I have errands to run before our trip. Talk with you later this evening.
Would you feel safe with Buy Stops above the Intermediate Term Buyside?
If they manage to clear the Intermediate Term Buyside what lies just above that?
Here is the line in the sand... Are they going to finish the breakout longs with a run under today's low for their stops or run for the shorts from the open then clean the longs from the board.
Note the reaction after full RTH Opening Range Gap is filled.
Take note of the difference...
This is the one I watch not the smaller one above it
