1/ I am of the same opinion as @ChillinValidtn and @blockpane 1. CCN did not game the stakedrop. 2. Stakedrop's rules were modified after distributions. 3. CCN does not operate a CEX. Already covered the first two points. I will write an article on the third point soon.
Chill Validation will be voting NO to Juno Prop 18. Juno Prop 16 was based on CCN Gaming the airdrop which later @JoeAbbey proved to be false. As such, it does not make sense for a validator to ask any entity to give away their funds.
Prop 18 was a very serious proposal we made to the community, I don't think we did anything nefarious like Spam, so why did you vote No With Veto instead of No? Please kindly tell us the reason why.

And we have nothing to do with the Juno network halting. We're concerned that groundless rumors and malicious lies are spread, which prevent the fact-based and well-examined governance. We would be happy for you to support us to spread the our opinion.
