One thing I’d love to see more cosplayers, especially competitive cosplayers, focus on is ✨fit✨. I see so many costumes both online and when I’m judging that are made from beautiful materials with wonderful embellishments, but the base garments do not fit them well 🥲

We are very disappointed by this as we've been dedicated, high-rated sellers on their platform for years, and Etsy helped new cosplayers find us, but we've operated without Etsy before, and we'll continue to operate on our own website dangerousladies.ca from now on.
Advice to beginners who want to start competing in cosplay contests: Read the rules, then read them again. If something isn't covered ask questions. If you don't get a timely response follow up. If something is covered and you don't like it, maybe this isn't the contest for you.
