Clay is knocking it out of the park with this Dale Sr build.
Got the yellow painted, and everything cleared and polished on the ‘81 Wrangler Pontiac. I ended Tamiya TS16 yellow, and TS44 blue with just a bit of TS10 to lighten it up. Tires and wheels are from @scomodels and should look really cool on the finished car.

June 17, 1979- Dale Earnhardt pushes the limits of his Monte Carlo in the closing laps of the Gabriel 400 at Michigan. Earnhardt breaks loose racing with Neil Bonnett in Turn Four, then again off the corner. He would post a sixth place finish after leading one lap of the race.
