2 years ago today I got to meet some of the @DevonAirAmb crew who treated me & flew me to hospital. It doesn’t matter how many years pass - I’ll never stop being grateful for all they did to save my life that day & for all the psychological support they have given me since.

Today, I got to thank & hug the brave Police officer who saved my life. Despite witnessing me fall 50ft off a bridge, she ran down & held my hand until I was airlifted to hospital. This moment meant the world & reminded me just how grateful I am to be alive. #SuicidePrevention

It was an absolute pleasure to row for an hour alongside @Devoniangigger & @BuftonLucy this morning as they finish their world record breaking continuous erg row 🏆. They are rowing for 60 hours outside @SeaSports_SW and have smashed their fundraising target for @DevonAirAmb....
Our helicopter often circles above green spaces to find a safe landing site as close to the patient as possible. If you are in a park enjoying a picnic or an afternoon with friends this weekend, please help our pilots by moving elsewhere, if asked.
