DAOS Bronze Day 1 - 45 students had a good day in fine weather on the first day of their assessed expedition. Although some students took a while to get used to using their map, all made it to camp and enjoyed a well deserved meal!

DAOS GOLD Prep day After a long journey, students arrived at the starting point for their Gold assessed expedition. Equipment sorted, routes checked and pizzas eaten....they were ready for anything!!
DAOS Gold Day 2 After an early start students headed for the tops. This was a tough day but with great weather and fantastic views students did well to achieve their goal of the next camp.

DAOS Bronze assessed 45 students are taking part in the assessed Bronze expedition this weekend. Not even the heavy shower has dampened their enthusiasm. Day 1 completed all in camp enjoying well cooked pasta!

DAOS GOLD DAY 3 After a windy wild camp and a tough second day, students had a more relaxed day and are all back at camp enjoying their final evening.
DAOS GOLD Day 2 This was a long day for the Gold students, but all did really well. They ended their day very tired and experiencing their first wild camp. A great day!

DAOS GOLD. DAY 1 Students from Year 12 have arrived in the Lakes for their Gold assessed expedition. After putting up their tents students headed out for a little navigation practice. An evening meal of pizza was enjoyed in preparation for their four day exped.

DAOS Gold Day 3 After a warmer night, students enjoyed a slightly later start and a less challenging day. Despite a damp morning, students were rewarded at the end of the day with warm sunshine and beautiful campsite views.
