Dell has the WORST customer service! Added in unwanted services. Now 5 attempts and over 4 1/2 hours on the phone to speak to a supervisor. EVERY TIME they ring and disconnect you. Of course no corporate phone # either.
@DeltaAssist Please help. My flights for 1/26/15 were canceled due to weather. Flying in the 27th wont help. Cant get refund online.
