Abū Fulaan have two wives, both living in two different states, say Lagos and Ogun. First wife lives in Lagos and Second wife lives in Ogun. Will Abū Fulaan observe Qasr whenever he travels from Lagos to Ogun or not? Give reasons
No he won't observe Qasr. Cause both Lagos and Ogun are regarded as "home" for him since he has a wife and family resident there. Uthman bn Affan (Rohimahullah) is our Salad in this regard. He had families in both Makkah and Madinah, and whenever he shuttled he didn't do Qasr.
