🔔Interesante y riguroso artículo encuentra evidencia que dirigir subsidios a la innovación limpia (que cuida al medio ambiente) es una estrategia "ganar-ganar". Sin embargo, requiere mayor coordinación internacional y un mejor enfoque sub-nacional para maximizar sus beneficios.
