New Proposal: New Proposal: Moffats Pharmacy Redevelopment, Portland St. #Dartmouth Limited details available at this time but it will be a two-phase project, with the Moffats Redevelopment happening first.
New Proposal: Brightwork, Kings Wharf, Dartmouth Excavation as officially begun for Brightwork, the newest building at Kings Wharf. Not all details are available yet, but it will be 12 floors, mixed-use, and located on a new road that runs parallel to Alderney Dr.

Updated Proposal: NRTH Condos (Bilby & Gottingen St.) #Halifax. The proposed 8-storey building from @UrbanCapital will have 70 units, 69k sq/ft of commercial space, and 41 underground parking spaces.
Proposal Update: The Promenade (Robie, College and Carlton St) #Halifax 577 residential units; 12.5k sq/ft of ground floor, and 30.5k sq/ft of underground commercial space. 511 underground parking spots. Next Step is a public hearing, then will be brought to City Council.
New Proposal: 7135 Bayers Rd (Corner of Bayers Rd. and Joe Howe Dr. 7 floors + penthouse, 100 units, and underground parking. WM Fares is the developer & they say "The building is designed to meet the requirements of the HR-1 Zone of the Regional Centre Plan Area Land Use Bylaw"
