Traditional sports & #esports share the following: 1️⃣ The deliberate practice to improve skills. 2️⃣ Skill measurement through competition. 3️⃣ The margins between winning or losing are small. 4️⃣ Showcasing of honed spills based on physical abilities. 5️⃣ Most are team-based.
🎮 The distinction between #gaming & #esports can be challenging for some. However, two key factors set them apart. Engaging in games for leisure and enjoyment is considered gaming while dedicating focused effort to improve and perform defines esports. What do you think?
