So excited to share latest work from @Elliott_Lab_Ox! We find BIRC6, an enormous #ubiquitin IAP ligase, directly inhibits caspases and we show how this is blocked by SMAC. biorxiv.org/content/10.110… Plus great mass spec collab with @adanpinto @kesslerlabox
