Saturday Night directed by @JasonReitman is my favorite film of 2024. As someone who’s obsessed with the mythology of SNL , it absolutely works. The pacing is great, the performances are spot on and the dramatic/comedic bits hit when needed.

I’ve been watching Saturday Night Live basically every week since I was in the sixth grade. So, obviously, I loved Jason Reitman’s Saturday Night. The performances are fantastic, the energy is electric, it’s funny, it’s poignant, it’s definitely ready for prime time.
SATURDAY NIGHT may end up the best movie I see all year. It's a wild, frenetic, tightly wound ball of anxiety following Lorne Michaels through the unhinged 90 minutes before the very first airing of Saturday Night Live. So many great performances. Reitman's best film by a mile.
