33 Squadron were seen at BIOT carrying out ship insertions. These manoeuvres are used to insert infantry soldiers onto mobile vessels.
On Friday, His Royal Highness The Duke of Sussex paid a visit to RAF Northolt, the home of 32 Squadron. During his visit, Prince Louis embarked on a flight aboard the Envoy IV CC Mk1, taking part in an aerial tour of the base.
The Chief Fire Officer was at Westbridge today for a tour of the London Fire Brigade's stations and their equipment. The Commissioner of the LFB and the DACmsr of the Special Operations Group gave the CFO the tour. This marks the beginning of a LFB-GFRS partnership.
Over the past few days, 32 Squadron have held both Fixed & Rotary Wing trainings. This allows both primary squadrons to have the opportunity to fly different aircraft, including the Envoy and AW109. Personnel are trained to fly with care to provide a smooth & enjoyable flight.
The Crown Prince of Norway and various other members of the Norwegian Royal Family visited our station this evening along with the Governor-General and the Chief Minister, who accompanied them. They were given a tour of our station and our fleet. Hope to see you again!

Changing of The Guard Yesterday, the Grenadier Guards handed over responsibilities to the King’s Royal Hussars at Mountbatten Estate in Westbridge. The Hussars will be mounted there until the next COTG.
The Gibraltar Fire & Rescue Service were inspected alongside the Royal Gibraltar Police and the Gibraltar Ambulance Service by His Excellency The Governor and the Commissioner of Police this evening at the Convent.

The King’s Royal Hussars held a Regimental Armoured Vehicle fleet inspection, highlighting the power and capability of their fleet. The Chief of the General Staff accompanied by the Prime Minister attended the event.

Here, Troopers are expanding their skillset by attending a machine gun operator session. The GPMG is fully automatic, used in infantry and sustained fire roles. It can also be fitted to vehicles as a coaxial weapon, allowing the crew to provide suppressive fire.
