After asking for sups name a unit did eventually arrive but reluctant to make report. I had to explain that no documentation has been made
My son was also hit in lip. Again duty officer unaware. Called SDPD who said they would not send unit to document.
Duty officer unaware of incident and unwilling to get report until Monday. Said he didn't have access. Parents it notified. Happen 24hrs ago
Required hospital visit and medicated eye drops. Fingernail scratched eye causing visible scratch to lens. No report available from staff.
