Hi @CurtNBC12 @NBC12OYS @AshleyHomeStore is giving my parents the runaround after 2 weeks. Dad's starting cancer treatments and needs the bed, and they can't make an order they screwed up right. The manager said why should they help if we're just going to badmouth them
The manager said to my mom basically why should he make an effort if we are bad mouthing the store? What kind of customer service is this? @AshleyHomeHelp
She went into the store, and asked for one of the model bases. Manager says he can't do it without corporate permission, so she said call them. He wouldn't, but he'll "get back to (her)". @AshleyHomeHelp
When they call on the phone, people just put them on hold and eventually just keep passing them around to someone else without actually solving the problem. Going into the store doesn't solve the problem either. @AshleyHomeHelp
He needs the bed today because he's going for a bone marrow biopsy tomorrow and will need to be in bed when he gets back. His hardcore cancer treatments start soon. @AshleyHomeHelp
When the delivery guys showed up, they had a single again. My dad can't put his bed back together because he can't lift it anymore. He called them to complain again, and mom says she'd never seen him this angry before. @AshleyHomeHelp
My parents went into the store and complained to them, but no one contacted them back when they said the would have. So they went back to make sure that today they would be getting the right thing before my dad's marrow biopsy tomorrow. They said yes. @AshleyHomeHelp
When my parents called, they told them the sales guy must have written it wrong, and they would probably have to pay the difference between that one and the king sized that should have come with it. @AshleyHomeHelp
This happened 3 weeks ago. Three times the delivery guys have brought the wrong piece. A king was bought, and a single frame keeps getting delivered. @AshleyHomeHelp
Ashley Furniture on Laburnam in #rva keeps giving my parents the runaround and are incompetent in customer service. They bought a bed that came with an adjustable frame because my dad needs to change the position because of what his cancer is doing to his bones. @AshleyHomeHelp
