“Book some gains.” No. Buy once with conviction. Never sell.

The lesson I learned from Thiel, earlier Facebook’ers, and Bill Gates. NEVER SELL. Bill Gates would be a trillionaire if he hadn’t sold his MSFT. Selling an asset to diversify is for CUCKS. And yes, I made that mistake with bitcoin. Don’t ask. Gives me PTSD.

Essentially, this means on average, more of what we have seen since the drought started in 2021. Warmer and drier than normal conditions are likely to persist through the Winter. Long term drought is expected to continue and short-term drought issues will increase.

A La Niña Advisory has been issued, meaning that La Niña conditions have been observed in the tropical Pacific Ocean and are expected to continue through the December 2025 to February 2026 timeframe. A transition to ENSO-neutral conditions, meaning neither El Niño nor La Niña…

Odds favor a drier than normal October for South-Central Texas with likely warmer than normal temperatures. These conditions indicate that an expansion and worsening of drought conditions are likely this upcoming month. #txwx
