So happy to see the sun set on 2020. As much as this was a fundamentally crappy year... I’ve learned a lot- like how to better handle my anxiety, how to set boundaries, how to truly invest in my personal self care... and the biggest lesson: Keep taking … instagr.am/p/CJeeHfZBfRv/

We know another lockdown is coming after Christmas, so we bundled up and headed out for winter adventures. Sure it rained. Sure my feet got muddy... but it was great to get out while we can. And of course, it wouldn’t be a weekend without sharing a pic… instagr.am/p/CI_DQ96Bfmv/

Don’t under estimate the focus of a border collie. 👀 Murphy’s parents are both working dogs in a Welsh farm, so he has herding in his blood. Whenever we are out near livestock, we always have him on a leash and under close control... be he was watchi… instagr.am/p/CId_HbbB6D7/
