Remember this, back in April? I am still waiting for proper help. I am still stuck, still in the dark, still have the same symptoms and no help. I keep having black outs, with people telling me I did things that I can't remember doing.

So I got a diagnosis... Basically what they said: "You're too complicated to give a proper diagnosis, because your profile fits multiple diagnosis. But it is clear to us you indeed do have multiple personalities in your head. 1/??

So many things changed, a bunch of my alters aren't active anymore, haven't heard them in months. I even had two alters merge, which I kinda saw coming for a long time. I am going to work on updating my alter map & stuff like that.

After this I fell into major depression & am just pulling myself out of it by now. How is everyone doing? - Host

Recent experience w/ mental health institution has taught me that more research is needed for DID (or multiple personalities in general) in combination w/ other neurodivergent diagnosises. The moment they don't get a cut-out answer it feels like they're just grasping at straws.
