Because you can be pro-secondary ticketing or anti-secondary ticketing, but everyone should be anti-fraud and anti-theft. No one has the right to stitch up fans and steal their money. We hope that even our harshest critics can agree to that.#viagogo #EdSheeran (5/5)

Until recently, Stuart was a high volume seller on viagogo and we have him on record saying that his artists would "do whatever he told them to do". When we refused to give him preferred terms, he said he would go to any lengths to cause chaos for our customers.

Simple fact is @FanFairAlliance admitted they did not want to upset the hand that fed them. As they stated during meeting in 2017. After further research it was noted their intentions were not to bring change for Fans but to build a monopoly and increase revenue and position

The headline should read ”@edsheeran hits touts for £1m whilst his management give them £8m” Don’t believe what you read. Its utter bullsh**t Thousands of tickets were allocated to known sellers, before fans even had a chance! That’s how Tickets end up on faceless resale sites
