Today I accessed GCDocs, downloaded a presentation, edited it, and sent it up for approval, all from my mobile device. #GCDigital
Widgets can present content from other systems. #interoperability. Bottom left widget is content from SAP. Aka another system.
Step 6. Custom the custom view Use the HTML Tile widget to replace "custom views". In this pic see top box called "Law Department". (Well. See past the glare of the glorious sunlight.)
Step 4 save your work (container) and then... Hit edit within the widget on your page and then add graphics, wording and ...pizzazz! Can you "Heavy lift"? Yes. Yes you can. Better know your HTML and java scripts. It's called "code editor".
Step 3 "drag and drop" #GCdocs has many 'out of the box' widgets available to be instantly loaded into the smart view page. BUT layout is based on what the persona wants. So...have you done your user needs assessment before starting? If not, do not pass go. Do not collect 200.
Step 2 "design the look and assemble your boxes" We call this "select a layout for your widgets." Get to know "grid" as a layout format.
