Oh hai @chilternrailway. Hope you are all well. Wondering if there is any update on more carriages 🙏🏻? The 7.30 from Haddenham was short again today so standing room only, but I did manage to get a comfy seat in the luggage hold which I can recommend to my fellow commuting pals.

Hi @chilternrailway have you implemented enhanced cleaning procedures on trains & in stations in light of coronavirus? If so if there any plans to release a statement to update passengers on what you’re doing similar to the regular comms @tfl are providing?

I saw a man on the tube platform this morning blowing his nose with one hand and looking at nhs coronavirus advice on his phone with the other. He got plenty of space on a packed train, incredible gamesmanship!

Good to hear this Joy, the deterioration of the Chiltern service has become a major issue. May I suggest coordinating with your colleagues in neighbouring constituencies as I know they are also in discussions with the company on this.
Nothing will change. Chilterns franchise ends Dec 2021. Until it gets renewed nothing will happen.
