That said, we cannot allow this event to set a precedent that would interfere with our & so many else's minecraft servers which at any point, even though fine now, may be under the crossfire in the future. We will fight it
So apparently, mojang is now banning minecraft servers that have guns. The owner of the server "Grand Theft Minecart" received an email from mojang's enforcement team, mentioning there has been a "recent directive from Mojang", now considering guns and firearms as adult content
