Over the last couple of months, we've expanded the list of supported extension APIs in GeckoView. As a result, there are now more extensions that run in Firefox Preview (which uses GeckoView under the hood). blog.mozilla.org/addons/2020/04…
Firefox Nightly users on Android have now been upgraded to our fresh @FirefoxPreview codebase, which means they're running a GeckoView-powered browser! And yes, it even has initial extension support!
